In my capacity as CEO, I am involved in a wide range of activities, such as managing teams and the organization, making decisions on corporate strategy, canvassing for new customers, managing projects and bids, actively seeking to improve machines and tools, developing new procedures, innovating and providing ongoing training for staff - the busy life of an entrepreneur.
What I love about my job is the close relationship I have with my colleagues and customers. I'm the link between all these players and I'm very attentive to their satisfaction, which has been my barometer since 1996. My greatest motivation is to keep on undertaking, again and again, so as to be sure of offering enough work to my colleagues.
